This appears to be complete except for one of the four bolts that attach the wall-mount plate itself to the arm that holds the projector itself. I'm not sure how critical this is as it would be the wall fixings themselves that hold the actual weight, but you could probably replace it yourself anyway as it looks like a fairly standard part to me. (I'm also selling a second WM04G4 that has all four bolts present, although this one costs slightly more.) You'll need to provide the actual fixings to mount to the wall yourself, obviously these would need to be matched to whatever kind of wall construction this arm needs to be attached to. Also please study the photos carefully in case I've overlooked anything; it's not something I've previously used myself so I'm not an expert on these.
