Sitting on bare carbon is certainly an experience but it is not an uncomfortable one if you’re hardened to the shape and firmness of a race saddle. The shape has been perfectly moulded to support the sit bones which is a good thing as there’s no flex whatsoever from the 3K carbon fibre shell. Tubular titanium 6/4 rails do their bit to diminish road buzz but ultimately there’s no hiding from the hard ride. It’s not an everyday saddle but it will appeal to weight-watchers and look fanatics
