Taller Users Do you need more space for your arms while using the press arm? You can adjust the bumper stop, but will have to adjust the cables too. With gyms closed (or with a reluctance to return to them when they do reopen), this has been a fantastic investment - adding to the treadmill and dumbbells we already had and a few curl bars that we bought (along with a pullup station), we were able to convert garage space to a fully functional gym. The only thing missing is a leg press, since I am getting too old to do squats. For the money I paid, most functions are perfectly comparable to the expensive industrial equipment at the gym. Rear-Delt range of motion is a little clunky, and it lacks a military press feature, but the rear-delt (fly) station works well enough, and I can always do military with dumbbells. With the EMX and a few free weight bars and dumbbells, there is not a single exercise I cannot do, and there is no more waiting for equipment at the gym, and no more parking difficulties when I go, and no more excuses not to workout.
