I can see how the piece conformed to the shape of her thumb. Rather than being perfectly round it is oval. I used silver cleaner just to remove surface dirt. I have left the patina intact. This has stood the test of time. It has surface scratches here and there but you can easily see the flower stamped design. Please see my photos for your approval.
