PLEASE READ THIS DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY!!!....Buffalo & Niagara Falls folded street map by Wagner revised in 1935. When unfolded, map measures 27.5" x 39.5". The booklet closed measures 7.5" x 4". It was distributed by C.S. Hammond & Co located at 30 Church St in New York City. There is a 16 page "Buffalo & Environs" index at the beginning of the booklet. Overall it is in pretty nice shape. There are some small spots of "seam" separation along the map's original folds (and fold intersections) and the paper is a bit brittle along the folds. Back cover has some small chips out of the edges as well. See the attached pics to get a better idea of the condition of this booklet/map.
