Research indicates these items are from Personal Service Mfg. Co. of Orland Park Illinois. They appear that they were never installed in a clock. Disc is 4 5/8" diameter. Instructions also include templates for the clock. This listing would make an excellent item for the clock builder. I only have 2 sets of the instructions.
