This camera powers on, and I was able to adjust the date, but there is no memory card in it, so that was the extent of my ability to test it. I have no idea if it works or if the housing is in good waterproof condition. Everything looks OK to me, but I'm selling it "as-is" just to be safe. The little rubber cover on the side has become detached from the camera, as seen in the last 2 photos, but it seems to still seal the compartment. Fast priority shipping!
