This was the original part on my old white model 555 that fell from a high shelf when I was pulling it down about 20 years ago. I kept a few of the parts from that machine. I bought another black 555 right after and kept this burr just incase I ever needed a replacement. I recently replaced my black one and no longer need this replacement part. These are very hard to find now, especially one that is new or like new. If the one you have looks like this (white or black) then I assume it will be the same as on your machine, but it is up to you to find out for sure. If you have a black one already and just need the burr, it can be removed and put on your black one.
