The design is an ornate basket of flowers at the top of the handle; it was introduced in 1914. This is a versatile and hard to find serving piece. Condition: Excellent - no silver wear or loss, heel wear or shadows. There are no monograms and the pattern is crisp and well defined. It has been hand polished so there will be no surprises.
