Includes a new felt mat and original used needle packet. Plays 78 r.p.m. records. It has mild cosmetic damage but this does not affect the functionality. I tested it and it has a fairly good tone. The motor makes a slight thumping noise but you can't hear it when music is playing. Could use lubrication.
