Flash conversion of a 10" Castor 2k Spot/Fresnel using an included Dynalite 2050 head and extension cable in excellent condition. The popular Keg-style Castor has been completely cleaned, refurbished and repainted as necessary with high heat paint. It should stay cool now, however, operating with electronic flash up to 2000WS and a maximum of 250W of halogen modeling light from the fan-cooled Dynalite flash head. 250W of halogen behind that big Fresnel lens is enough for close in use as a video light. The head is easily removed with a Phillips screwdriver in a few moments. Also included is a Castor gel filter holder which can be used with diffusion gels, Polarizer or colored filters. These 10" Fresnel lights are fitted with a "junior" 1 1/8" mount pin on the yoke, and require a substantial light stand with a junior receiver.
