The Gingerbread large tree measures 7.75" tall, the Gingerbread Boy and Girl measure 4.75" tall, the base is 13.5" long by 2"tall by 6.5" deep, and the 2 smaller trees are 5" tall. There are three pieces cut out for lighting so I include the plastic pin lights (LIGHT KIT IS NOT INCLUDED).
