It was designed to dispense tickets but the last time I used it I disengaged to get dispensing. I haven't used it for about 10 years and it's been sitting in my storage area. Haven't tried it I assume it works but for the purpose of this listing I'm listing it as for parts or not working so no one is disappointed.
