Check the listing for details. Civil War Confederate Forage Artillery Cap - 7-3/8”. Condition: New, Made in United States. Listed at 135.00 USD. This forage cap is inspired by Corp. Anthony S. Barksdale’s surviving cap from the 1st Battalion , Virginia Light Artillery. It is scratch-built from B. Tart navy satinette with a full artillery red wool crown with Osnaburg liner. It measures out to approximately 23” or a 7-3/8” (albeit it might stretch a little more if needed). It features hand-sewn enameled cloth visor and chin strap with Virginia Waterbury buttons.
