One of the most sought after jams in the Nordic, cloudberry. These berries are almost only found in the wild up in the northern parts of Sweden, Norway and Finland and are very hard to cultivate, making the jam expensive. A real delicacy and often used as a dessert, especially around Christmas, mixed with lightly wipped cream. The dish is called "multekrem" and is one of Norway´s national dishes.
