Coarse bubble flexible diaphragm EDPM cap with 16 underside air outlets and 3/8 inch male NPT connection producing bubbles in the average range of 3 to 5 mm. Air outlets are at the intersection of the cap and the arms of the base, without the use of air holes in either the cap or the base. Screw in type diffuser permits uniform air flow rates of 12 CFM with a head loss of 6 inches of water. Cap and base provide check valve action when air is shut off. For use in water, wastewater and certain industrial process liquids.
