This machine is "like new" , eBay would not give me that option, in fact the only option to choose is new. That said, it was used for just 5 days after my sister's shoulder surgery. The pad is for the knee, but it also says it is Universal, but I can see where it is easier to place anatomically on a knee after surgery. It is in perfect condition with all parts. It has a timer and very easy to use. Directions included. Hoses are great the way they snap together and don't leak. Great product, very easy to use. Purchased for $90 on Amazon.
