Description Solid copper. 16 ozCopper roof jack made to fit schedule 40 and 80 PVC plumbing pipes. Each vent comes with one cap that fits over the vent stack and into the PVC pipe. They will accommodate pipes up to 12 inches tall. For pipes up to 15.5 inches a 10 inch tall cap can be ordered.Stack is soldered to base. Solder is 50% Lead and %50 Tin.Base extends 4 inches to the front, back, and sides of stack. Product Condition New*. They are handmade and have scuff marks. They are assembled by soldering and brazing. A side effect of brazing is a multicolored product. After oxidation (weathering) the scuff marks and multicolor will disappear. After 2 months on the roof, in humid weather, the vents will become a fairly uniform medium brown color (longer for dry weather). *Some of the roof jacks are now a few years old (since fabrication) and have oxidized some (darkened); whereas the caps have been fabricated more recently. The jack and the cap will become a uniform color after a couple of months of being installed on the roof. Notes Please be certain of the pitch and size you need. Pitch or slope on the blueprints of your home is not a guarantee your roof was built to that pitch. PVC size is determined by the inside diameter of the pipe.If you need more than the stock that is listed, let me know what you need.
