The model will be based on the sample photo provided by the buyer. I would make it all wood ,recessed black roof, brick on all walls about 7.5"; high ,a custom sign on the front, plastic windows and door, gray floor to look like concrete, white inside walls red brick .. I don't have bathroom fixtures, would just make the room. Also includes the awning roof across the front.
