Handle is made of resin and the scabbard is plastic. This is the sword handle ONLY,, that gets mounted into the scabbard. This is not a retractable sword. In the original series, all Cylon’s had their sword handles mounted into the scabbard just for prop purposes, and only 2 of them in the entire series were retractable swords from the scabbard. What you see listed in the pictures is what you will receive in the sale (minus the cylon costume) However, if you prefer an actual sword to retract from the scabbard, please contact me prior to purchasing.
