MD5 is a 500 gph Pondmaster Magnetic Drive pump. PM3 is a 350 gph Pondmaster Pond-Mag pump. PM5 is a 500 gph Pondmaster Pond-Mag pump. The newest impellers we received have white fins and housing. The older ones were all black. Just an FYI. I'll try to update the pic when time permits. To replace on a Pondmaster pump, first unplug the pump. Remove the 4 screws holding the outflow cover. Remove the cover. Simply remove/replace the impeller with your fingers. Reinstall pump cover and test. We will not allow returns/refunds if the impeller has been opened! Sorry.
