Quattro Raspberry Pi Case Components BaseThe base of the Quattro Raspberry Pi case is designed with a mounting template to make layout of the internal components including the 2.5” Hard Drive easier. Recessed pockets in the enclosure base are provided for components such as on-board heatsinks and connectors. The base has ventilation holes for dissipating the heat of the RPi board and features non-slip rubber feet underneath for stabilityQuattro Raspberry Pi Case ComponentsThe middle part or centre band of the Quattro Raspberry Pi case is designed to cover and protect the RPi board and all the sensitive components and simply clips over the PCB. The centre band provides enough internal space for the addition of HAT PCBs as well as a hidden front facing Raspberry Pi camera. The front of the case features a removable cover plate which allows access to the SD card. The cover plate also serves as the Raspberry Pi camera face plate and contains an aperture in the centre of the Raspberry Pi logo allowing the camera be used as a security camera. The front of the Raspberry Pi case features two sets of LED apertures or light tunnels for both the Raspberry Pi 3 and the Raspberry Pi Model B+ and Raspberry Pi 2. Openings and recesses for all the USB ports and connectors are incorporated into the sides of the case along with a Kensington security slot.CoverThe cover of the Raspberry Pi enclosure, when fitted provides protection to the internal components. Four offset spacers are provided which, when added to the top cover, provide extra height when using tall HAT boards or for passing a ribbon cable out from the GPIO pins.
