This listing is for a sample of Middle Devonian microconcentrate rich in conodont remains from the Lower Beechwood Formation of Indiana. Rarely offered for sale. Each sample contains abundant conodonts, as the images show, and comes housed in a snap top vial similar to that shown in the second image (which is a stock photo). The fauna is typical of the middle Devonian and compares well with the Genundewa Limestone of New York. It is noticably different to the Upper Beechwood and New Albany Shale, of Upper Devonian age. A microscope is essential to view this material.
