Straight wall cartridges funnels provide case mouth expansion. This is to facilitate seating the bullet without collapsing the case wall, i.e. for handgun calibers or say rifle caliber like 45-70. Bottleneck cartridges just acts as a powder funnel to instill powder into the case. Those listed as OS or oversized will require the use of an oversized powder die, (P/N 21253) Please reference your Dillon press manual to assure proper use of this funnel.
