It is 2 1/2 inches long and it's application is to weld together overlapping plastic sheets. This is a *short barrel* specialty welding tip usually meant for overlapping pipe welding and other applications where you need to weld overlapping plastic sheets.. It comes with the steel tip nut retaining circlip as seen. If you do not know what a short barrel welder is, please ask and I'll send pictures.
