Comes with the Breathing System, Ventilator Module, Gas Supply Block w/ Hoses and Gauges, Fold Out Writing Table, Adjustable Tubing Holder Arm, Flex Arm Mounted Light and Rolling Cart. No Vaporizers or absorber included. The mount for the AGS tank appears to be missing but the hose is present. (see pics) Take a good look at the pics, this is a very nice machine and we guarantee it will not be DOA. The device powers on and the screen illuminates. Once on the unit prompts calibration which we cannot complete since we do not have gas connections. I can use the soft touch buttons and dial to navigate menus and adjust parameters.
