Solid bronze totally custom made driveway gate with posts, operator keypad,electric eyes, electromagnet latch, etc. Superbly crafted with solid bronze: tubular posts with cast bronze reinforcing collars at base, rectangle tube(2 x 4") gate frame with rectangle tube x bracing, all brazed with massive stainless steel internal gussets to reinforce corners, custom made massive zeroed hinges with ball bearing and stainless pins, electric eye mounts, keypad entry post mount(not shown), aux. open stop post with manual button(not shown), electromagnetic latch mount, FAAC(made in Italy) arm mount operator, control panel fiberglass reinforced box, etc. Posts mount not only by reinforced base plate with 4 stainless concrete threaded anchors(not included) but galvanized or stainless compression bolt(not included) through center from top of post under conical cap into footing. This method allows great strength but easy install and easy adjustment to plumb/level at any time. Hinge post has precision lathe turned press fit pipe extended up from bottom 3+' welded to high strength epoxy coated steel base plate Infill shown is reed however very important to note: infill can be any number of materials at discretion of designer/owner. Removable bronze keeper stops allow infill up to 1 3/8" thick.(bamboo, tropical hardwood strips, etc etc) Currently custom dark patinated but could be satin (or higher) polished and lacquered if someone wants does not want natural patina. This gate and all the extras could not be made better by anyone anywhere-- it is Rolls Royce quality . If you quoted this by high end fabricator it would be way over 25k. I know --I made it in our precision custom machine shop. Estimated life span of fabricated life span: 100++ yrs Used only a few weeks- really 12' wide/ gate leaf itself.
