The photo only shows the 6 different pieces of the set, but all 32 pieces (16 pawns, 4 rooks, 4 knights, 4 bishops, 2 queens and 2 kings) are included. The following pieces are included: 2 kings - 4" tall, 1 7/16" diameter base2 queens - 3 3/4" tall, 1 7/16" diameter base4 rooks - 3 1/8" tall, 1 7/16" diameter base4 bishops - 3 1/2" tall, 1 7/16" diameter base4 knights - 3 1/2" tall, 1 7/16" diameter base16 pawns - 2 3/4" tall, 1 3/16" diameter base All bisque was fired to cone 04. There is an identical set made by Duncan which has larger pieces, but this is the smaller set. A pop can is pictured to give perspective as to the size of the item. The pop can is not included!
