A brand new reproduction of the original Edison Splitdorf S1 magneto leadout tower, with 2 cork washers, 1 hard fiber washer and a brass thin nut. There is also a wire piercing screw already installed in the tower. Accepts 7mm ignition wire. The ignition wire is installed into the tower until flush with the bottom of the channel, then the built-in small screw is driven into the ignition wire to contact the center conductor. For the cork washers, use one (or both, if necessary) between the tower and the outside of the mag. The gray hard fiber washer is installed on the inside of the mag before you install the brass nut (see photos). Can be rotated in 45 degree increments when installing for convenient routing of the ignition lead. Note that the surface facing the magneto has a bumpy finish. Do not overtighten the nut, as it may damage the threads (just as it would with the original). This listing is for the tower piece, 2 cork washers, hard fiber washer and nut only.
