Appears to be in overall very good cosmetic condition with little wear/signs of use but is untested and in unknown functional condition, dial does move when arm is pushed and resets, that's all I know! One small metal piece appears to be bent/deformed, see picture with my finger. What's pictured is what's included, not sure if complete.
