This uncirculated 10 pounds Egypt note is a standard circulation banknote issued by the Central Bank of Egypt. It is a red and orange note that is dated 1976-1978, bears the signature of Mohamed Abd El Fatah Ibrahim, and measures 180 x 90 mm. Its obverse side features the Sultan Hassan mosque in Cairo. Its reverse side shows radiant sun over three pyramids of Giza, hieroglyphics of months divided into seasons, column and diorite statue of seated King Chephren (Khafre) with God Horus (hawk), a quadrant of Zodiac of Dendera, from ceiling of Temple of Hathor. Security features include a solid security thread and a watermark of Egyptian scribe.
