This uncirculated 20 Pounds Egypt note is a standard circulation banknote issued by the Central Bank of Egypt. It is a green, purple, pink, and brown note that is dated 1984-1987, bears the signature of Mahmoud Salah Hamed, and measures 155 x 70 mm. Its obverse side features the Muhammad Ali Pasha mosque (aka Alabaster mosque) in Cairo. Its reverse side shows Ramesses II with a bow and arrow in a war chariot, and bas-relief carvings from the Chapel of Sesostris I at Karnak Temple depicting the coronation of a pharaoh, the inauguration of temple building, a pharaoh with an offering table, and stylized papyrus flowers. Security features include a solid security thread and a watermark of the Mask of King Tut-Ankh-Amon.
