Clear coated to show natural grain and color of the woods. Routered edges. The plaques can hang from the wall on a keyhole I have put in the base or can sit on a shelf or table (see pics). Very well made (several taxidermist use my plaques). Please compare quality and design to the others listed on Ebay. Plaque top measures about 7.5" X 12.25".
