No mounting hardware is necessary, simply put the skull hanger on the wall and then slide the skull onto the hanger. This Skull Hanger comes powder coated black. It is made from 11 gauge steel and it approx 2 1/2" wide by 3 1/2" tall and the tab that the skull sits on is 1/2" wide and it will stick out from the wall approx 1 3/8". It is easy to mount. Just put the screw in the wall, put the skull hanger over the screw and slide in on top of it and it will naturally center itself and then just snug up the screw.
