Panels are cosmetic seconds and have minor defects. None are really visible from a few feet away, but they are there. For instance the screen printing might be slightly misaligned or there is a minor blemish. PCB’s are brand new. Choose white aluminum panel or black aluminum panel. Shipping is $4.
