The clamp is fit close to handle bars and fits best next to the clutch lever. These are CNC machined Delrin plastic EZ Pass Motorcycle Holder in 3 different styles. One style fits on 1 1/4" handle bars, the other 2 styles fit a 1" handle bar. The difference between the 2 is the offset away from the handle bars. One style is tucked up close and the other has a 1/2" offset further out. The offset style is offered only in 1" diameter and is only needed to be fitted by the risers. For bikes with a windshield, your risers are covered and not accessible. So, the close fit to the handle bars is the best fit next to the clutch lever. These look attractive mounted on your motorcycle, and have all machined finishes on them. The hardware is also treated and will remain a nice color black for many years. The plastic clamp is very strong and will not scratch your chrome or paint. The EZ Pass unit is held on by the back with Velcro. Simply use the Velcro supplied with the EZ Pass. I was impressed to see how well that actually worked. The tray fits the EZ Pass with precision and has a nice fit and matching angles to properly contour the profile. The EZ Pass Holder also allows for angle. If you clamp this unit and need to turn the tray to level it, this unit is fully adjustable with a 4-40 allen screw for locking desired angles.
