It consists of a chitosan solution and a kieselsol silica solution which are added in 2 steps to treat the most common causes of cloudiness in beer or wine. Instructions: Gently stir entire contents of package A1 Kieselsol into beer, wine or cider after fermentation is complete. Wait minimum of 1 hour prior to adding package A2 Chitosan. Add package of A2 Chitosan 1 hour after Kieselsol has been added. Gently stir Chitosan into wine, beer or cider for 30 seconds and reattach bung and airlock. Allow to clear completely. Clears brilliantly in 24 - 48 hours.
