FCPC V5 Base Elastic Cummerbunds (Coyote) KTAR Kydex Front Placard TEAR Front Placard Padded Strap Socks Shoulder Pads Back Panel Charge Quiver Back Panel Molle Velocity Systems Assault Back Panel- this is molle’d onto the Ferro Molle Back Panel. It appears to be an old gen version or prototype. The bottom pouch is removable and can be used as a med kit or GP Pouch for easy access items.
