This uncirculated 5 Dollars Fiji polymer note is a standard circulation banknote issued by the Reserve Bank of Fiji. It is a green note that is dated 2012 ND, bears the signature of Faizul Ariff Ali, and measures 136 x 67 mm. Its obverse side features Kato ni Masima (salt basket), domodomo (canoe masthead) as registration device, kulawai (red-throated lorikeet) bird perched on a branch, and the coat of arms. Its reverse side shows Fijian crested iguana (Brachylophus vitiensis), balaka palm tree, masiratu flower (Degeneria vitiensis), domodomo and the bank logo. Though there is no security thread, there is still a watermark of a shadow image of a Fijian head.
