They have two layers of tiles made from volcanic rock fiber and are fitted with hard rubber feet that will raise the frame 1/2″ above your deck or patio to allow airflow and help to ensure that your deck or patio surface will not become stained from trapped moisture. Strong enough to support the weight of a wood burning fire pit and the fire wood within it. This Standard DeckProtect is made from unfinished milled aluminum only. This means you will see scratches or minor deficiencies on the bottom metal sheet. We try to reduce cost, in order to offer a cost effective, safe solution for lower budgets.
