It was regularly serviced with the manufacturer under that companies ownership. Overall it works fine. There is some degree of image burn in on the eyepiece which is relatively common on cameras that have one, doesn't affect thermal images taken or the view on the flip out display. The eyepiece is still easily usable you just see slight ghosting where the menus are since they don't move. Includes: Flir p620 Thermal Camera, 3x batteries, Charger & Charging Dock, & hard case. This camera is a great bang for your buck on a high resolution camera.
