Base is 30 inches, inner tube should allow for height Adjustments but no holding pin. Dont know how it should fit together. So, basically just parts. Came from tech company closing office to transfer to work from home. Face scanner available but it did not seem to fit this stand. They macgyvered them together with packing tape.
