Framed Mola Wall Hanging- Molas are produced by the Kuna natives of the San Blas Islands belonging to Panama. The panels were originally made as part of their clothing by intricately sewing layers together and cutting slits and designs and finely stitching the openings. The results produce a multi-colored panel. This example shows an eagle and turtle along with smaller reptile and birds. This is an older style / make in nice frame. Measures: 14” x 17”
