This is the most comfortable without getting in the way of running or skiing. I have only a minor need for support, but I need more than just a neoprene sleeve. I like the added support provided by the metal stabilizers. I have tried braces with only two velcro tabs, and find I don't get the right fit. This brace has three tabs, and the middle one is comfortable enough that it does not irritate the back of my knee. I had a small problem with my first brace, and the company was terrific about replacing the brace free of charge. 3M stands behind their products.
