This is a gorgeous silverplate bird by Gabriella Binazzi . The body is a lovely nautilus shell with great irridesence . The head, neck, and feet are silverplate as well as a silverplated strip along the edge of the shell. It’s signed on the base and stands 9 inches high. I searched the internet and couldn’t find another example of this piece so I don’t know what kind of bird this is supposed to be . It’s in wonderful condition- no cracks or chips on the shell and no wear on the silverplate. Great example of Binazzis unique pieces . This will be double boxed and well cushioned, and fully insured. You’ll be very pleased !
