I did test with power and looks to be working fine. All buttons and dials work as should. On board speaker works. Ext speaker works. When you talk into mic the swb light turns red so that works. The reason I'm selling parts or not working is because I don't have an antenna to test fully and the light on the analog gauge isn't lighting up. I think it suppose to light up blue. No water damage.
