The Lens may or may not have very light scratch like marks from previous uses as they come out of second hand Gear VR headsets. They are inspected and meet testing requirements that will not obstruct gameplay of any sort. They absolutely have no deep scratches and this is insured before sending. They are super easy to install and can be found on YouTube, they make the gameplay and use of Vive VR headsets to the next level. I have them installed in both my Vive Headsets.
