Check the listing for details. General Electric Art Deco Hotpoint Clock & Oven Timer. Condition: Used. Listed at 165.00 USD. Great vintage General Electric telechron clock and range timer from 1930s. Iconic art deco skyscraper design. Shows signs of wear and age, but the clock and timer appear to be in working condition. All set knobs work, but clock knob is very tight. Keeps time. To function as an oven timer, it would have been plugged directly into the appliance. Timer clicks when reaching on and off settings which would have sent an electrical relay to signal to start and stop the oven at the preset times. Electrical cord has dry rot, but no exposed copper. Clock face has some yellowing. Bakelite case has some loss of original finish, likely due to years of kitchen grime. Mild cleaner was used, but no abrasives. An even, glossier finish might be achieved with careful cleaning and polishing.
