Depending on the item, we may exchange it, replace it, offer replacement parts, or issue a refund (after the item is returned, of course). Unless otherwise stated, our standard warranties are: • 30 days for electronic items • 14 days for everything else, excepting exclusions, below. If you aren't happy with your item, and we didn't make a mistake, you may still return it within 30 days.
