Overview The PZ1188 is specifically designed and engineered to be a replacement for the very popular KSN1188A piezo horn drivers from days gone by. Using a 22 mm ceramic piezo element, GRS piezo tweeters follow CTS' original recipe and are far superior to most look-alike piezos. Standard 1-3/8" 18-TPI threads facilitate use with 1" horns. With a wide frequency range and ample power handling, this is also a prime candidate for new designs, especially if the crossover requirements must be kept to an absolute minimum. This 100 watt driver incorporates advanced protective circuitry which allows it to be used at power levels of up to 400 watts.
